How to read this city comparison

The comparison table is meant for practical relocation screening, not a single winner-take-all ranking. Overall score combines cost of living, safety, road and commute conditions, healthcare access, and community report activity. A city can score higher overall while still being weaker on the specific factor that matters most to you, such as rent affordability, commute time, or safety.

Use the score bars to spot the biggest differences first, then open each city dashboard for the underlying rent, income, crime, commute, and confidence details. Community report counts are shown separately because they affect how much weight to place on recent local signals. Low report volume does not automatically mean a city is worse; it means you should lean more heavily on the baseline government data and verify details with local sources before making a move.

The strongest use case is narrowing a list: compare a few cities, note the category where the gap is largest, then review the individual dashboard before making a final relocation, job, or housing decision.
